At Sharing Memories Therapy, our goal is to create meaningful, personalized products that bring joy and connection to those living with dementia. Each video memory book is crafted with care, intention, and a deep respect for your loved one’s journey. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help kindly and fairly.
Returns
Since our video memory books are customized with personal content, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or there is a technical issue.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@sharingmemoriestherapy.com with
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo or video showing the damage or malfunction
- Your order number
We’ll review your request and work with you to provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Refunds
We offer refunds only under specific conditions, such as –
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances
- There is a manufacturing issue that cannot be resolved with a replacement
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What Can’t Be Refunded
- Customized products with no manufacturing or technical defects
- Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer
- Digital content or downloadable assets
